RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for supporting UMCStore.org. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order (printed and manufactured just for you when you place an order), our return policy is a little different from a typical retail store. Please read the following carefully before ordering.
Our made-to-order model
Every item sold at UMCStore.org is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner after your order is placed. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be shipped. This keeps costs down and reduces waste, but it also means we cannot resell returned items. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, and color options carefully before checking out. If you have questions about a product before ordering, contact us at [info@UMCstore.org] and we'll do our best to help.
When we will issue a refund or replacement
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Misprinted items — design printed incorrectly, off-center, or with visible defects
- Damaged items — arrives torn, stained, or otherwise damaged in production or transit
- Defective items — faulty stitching, broken hardware, or manufacturing flaws
- Wrong item shipped — you received something different from what you ordered
- Lost in transit — your package is confirmed lost by the carrier
How to submit a claim

Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product showing the defect, damage, or error (required for misprint/damage/defect claims)
- A photo of the shipping label and packaging, if the issue appears to be shipping-related
Claims submitted after these windows, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How refunds are processed
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:-
- Replacements are produced and shipped at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
What is not covered
- Wrong size ordered — please consult our size guide before purchasing. We're happy to answer sizing questions in advance.
- Change of mind / no longer wanted
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by washing, misuse, or alteration after delivery
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Orders refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner for this reason, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Address changes and order cancellations
Because production begins shortly after checkout, we can only modify or cancel orders within a short window after purchase. If you spot an error in your shipping address or need to cancel, email us immediately at [info@UMCstore.org]. We'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
International orders and customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and they are not refundable if a package is refused at customs.
